A small update form us here at IKS ESQ LLC. For many of our corporate and employment based visa holders are aware, under the Trump administration, the Department of Homeland Security issued a a rule proposal that you have done away with the random selection process for the H-1B CAP Period. The proposed rule would have given preference to certain wage levels. DHS Has not rescinded that rule and it has been withdrawn from the future H-1B CAP Selection period. this means things will stay as they are for the foreseeable future. This is welcomed news for all of us here at IKS ESQ LLC.
