H-1B CAP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
In order to be Eligible for the H-1B Cap Registration, Candidates will require the following Qualifications:
DO YOU CURRENTLY HOLD EITHER CATEGORIES A, B, or C:
(A) BACHELORS DEGREE OF 4 YEARS (From a recognized Foreign University)
(B) BACHELOR'S dEGREE & MASTERS DEGREE (From a recognized Foreign University) OR
(C) MASTERS DEGREE From a United States University
REQUIRED
(D) AN ACTIVE JOB OFFER FROM A UNITED STATES EMPLOYMENT SPONSOR
If you qualify under A+D, B+D, OR C+D, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR H-1B CAP
